Marcato Atlas 180 Classic is the machine for manual pasta suitable for preparing large amounts of pasta or for special uses (confectionery), thanks to the pasta sheet and cutting rollers, with a maximum width of 180 mm. The machine is made of solid chrome-plated steel, the rollers are made of food-grade anodised aluminium alloy and the combs are made of polymer Resin, to ensure the absence of harmful metal powders in the dough. Atlas 180 allows you to easily make Lasagne (with a maximum width of 180 mm), fettuccine (6 mm) and (No Suggestions) (1.5 mm). the pasta sheet thickness adjustment knob features 10 different positions. The handle is easy to grip and the clamp, easy to fit, ensures perfect stability of the machine on any surface. The atlas 180 cleaning procedures are facilitated by the presence of removable combs: you can easily remove the pasta residues with a simple brush.
